NJRHA Line Cook (Test - Internal Use)

NJRHA is seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality and presentation, and is committed to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 

Responsibilities 

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized and properly stocked workstation
• Follow food safety, sanitation and handling procedures
• Work closely with chefs and fellow team members during service
• Assist with food preparation, inventory and kitchen closing duties

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
