NJRHA Announces Partnership with RATIONAL
As New Jersey’s hospitality industry prepares for major global events and continued growth, innovation in our kitchens has never been more critical.
That is why the New Jersey Restaurant & Hospitality Association is proud to announce a new partnership with RATIONAL to bring cutting-edge kitchen technology, hands-on education, and operational solutions directly to our members.
With ongoing labor challenges and increased demand on the horizon, smart kitchen investments can help restaurants and hospitality operators improve efficiency, consistency, and long-term profitability.
“RATIONAL is the leader in advanced, smart cooking systems that help professional kitchens operate more efficiently and consistently,” said Daniel Klim, President & CEO of NJRHA. “We’re excited to partner with them and utilize their iCombi and iVario systems in our test kitchen at the Hospitality House in Trenton.”
The iCombi is a high functioning oven that combines steam and convection heat to cook a wide range of foods in one unit.
iVario cooking systems are high-performance multi-functional cooking equipment that can replace tilting pans, kettles, and fryers.
Both units use cloud-based networking systems (such as ConnectedCooking) that allow remote monitoring, recipe management, and performance tracking.
RATIONAL products help improve kitchen efficiency, reduce labor dependency, ensure consistent food quality and lower energy and food waste costs.
